Do you have Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
Yes - Health and Safety of both the public and our staff are of the utmost importance to us. For more information please see our Health and Safety Page .
Can we hire a stage and erect it ourself?
No - Our insurance covers only trained employees to erect and dismantle our stages
Can I individually hire either the stage or the PA system?
Yes - We can supply just a stage, just a PA system or a complete package with or without lighting and power
Do I have to supply security?
Maybe - If any of our stages are to be left on site overnight 24 hour security is a necessity
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit upon booking with the final balance payable 7 days in advance of your event. We can also offer a low deposit with staged payments scheme upon request. Full T&Cs are supplied upon booking.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes - Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer but we will accept payment by cash. We no longer accept payment by cheque. Whether paying by bank transfer or cash, VAT is applied to ALL invoices
